We carefully select our raw materials that goes into our sumptuous biriyani. Our 'Seeraga Samba' rice and the vegetables are locally-sourced.

We make sure that all our raw materials are of highest quality. The mutton used in our biriyani is pasture-raised, our spices are non-irradiated, the ghee is from our own diary and all the oils used in the biriyani are home-ground.

Our complementary dishes are equally mouthwatering. We use home grown brinjal for our 'Dalcha'. The yogurt that we use for our 'Raitha' is odorless.
